Mobile Alchemy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the EMF Detector mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Sensor Data

The App accesses your device's magnetometer sensor to measure electromagnetic fields. This sensor data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

2.2 Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details.

2.3 Analytics & Diagnostics

We may use Apple's built-in analytics and third-party services (such as Adapty) to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the App. This may include:

• App launch frequency and session duration
• Feature usage patterns (anonymized)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Subscription status (active, expired, etc.)

This data does not include personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify individual users.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Contacts or address book data
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Health or fitness data
• Browsing history

3. How We Use Information

The limited, anonymized data we collect is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Manage subscription services
• Diagnose and fix technical issues

4. Data Storage & Security

All EMF reading data, session recordings, and user settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Subscription validation is handled through Apple's secure infrastructure and Adapty's privacy-compliant service.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store – for subscription and payment processing
• Adapty – for subscription management and analytics (Adapty Privacy Policy)

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain. Anonymized analytics data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. All locally stored data (readings, sessions, settings) remains on your device until you delete the App.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App
• Opt out of analytics by disabling "Share Analytics" in iOS Settings
• Request information about any data we may hold
• Request deletion of any data associated with your use

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
